Long, deep-red Negin saffron threads from Khorasan, Iran, selected for their rich color, aroma, and flavor. Independently tested by a laboratory in Munich and classified as ISO 3632 Category I, the highest quality category in the ISO saffron grading system. ISO 3632 evaluates key quality characteristics associated with saffron's coloring strength, flavor, and aroma.
