Red gold, from Iran's finest fields
Iran produces the world's most sought-after saffron, deep in color,
rich in aroma, and lab-certified for the quality it promises.
WHY THIS SAFFRON
Every thread is hand-picked in Khorasan, Iran's saffron heartland. From there, it's imported to Munich, tested by an independent lab, and certified ISO 3632 Category I, the highest recognized grade. What you get is Negin: long, deep red threads, free of the paler stems.
A little goes further than you'd expect. Grind the saffron into a fine powder (avoid sugar, it dulls the color), place it in a small glass, and let a few ice cubes melt slowly over it at room temperature. As the ice melts, it draws out the color and extract.
Store the jar in a cool, dark place, sealed, and it will keep its color and aroma for years.
